We usually reply within a few days. If you are reporting a problem, tell us which game or tool it happens in, what you were doing and which device you were using: that helps us fix it sooner.

- Suggestions: new games, improvements or features that would make your lessons easier.
- Bugs: something that doesn’t load, looks wrong or doesn’t do what you expected.
- Your account and your data: accessing your data, correcting it or deleting your account with all its content. See also our privacy policy.
- Inappropriate content: if you find a shared game with content that shouldn’t be there, send us the link.
- Collaborations: schools, academies or education projects that would like to work with us.
For your privacy: please don’t send us passwords or your students’ personal data. The email address of your account is all we need.
